Enrolment documents can either be emailed to office@flagstonescc.eq.edu.au or delivered in person.
In catchment applications
Parent/Carer to collect an enrolment pack from the college office or download the relevant enrolment information and application pack:
Please complete and return the forms to the college with all relevant photocopied paperwork, including:
- copy of the birth certificate
- 3 proof of residency documents
- 2 latest school report cards.
Out of catchment applications
