Vaccination clinics for Grade 7 & 10 students coming soon

This year all Grade 7 & 10 students are eligible to receive free vaccinations as part of Queensland Health's annual School Immunisation Program.

 Grade 7 students are being offered vaccinations to protect against:

  • Diphtheria, Tetanus & Whooping Cough
  • Human Papillomavirus


Grade 10 students are being offered vaccinations to protect against:

  • Meningococcal ACWY

The vaccinations will be conducted by a team of registered nurses specially trained in immunisation.

A vaccination consent form for the vaccines offered will be given to your child to take home. Please note that no child will be vaccinated without parental consent. Please read the information carefully, sign the consent form and return it to the school as soon as possible.

You are strongly advised to take this opportunity to have your child vaccinated against serious vaccine-preventable diseases, whilst they are being offered for free.
